The Relic Slot was introduced in update 50.
Wielding a Relic grants the player "Fortune", a boost that allows access to the Fortune Drops Table an extra roll stacked on top of normal loot.
Currently in game there are two types of Relic's, The Relic Of Fortune, and the Emerald Talisman of Fortune.
The Relic Slot goes in the Red Highlighted box shown below.
