You can Obtain the Electric Raksha Crossbow by combining the Electric Dye and the Raksha Crossbow.
- The Electric Raksha Crossbow contains its own special effect of 1 in 10 chance to "shock" target deals 30,000 damage per tick for 10 ticks !
