The Inquisitor Set is an end-game melee set.
Currently, the Inquisitor Set is created by using the Nightmare Scroll on a piece of Justiciar Armor, which is obtainable from the Theatre of Blood.
When all 3 components of the set are worn, an additional set bonus of +10,000 damage is added to each attack dealt.
