The Flash Set is a very unique set in-game as it is the only set that offers HP restore. The stats are mid-tier/end-game for the melee category. The Justiciar Set offers higher bonuses along with damage reduction but the Flash set is a cheaper alternative.
Currently, It is obtained by completing the DC Raid and opening the DC Universe Box
