The Oblivion Mace is a new, best-in-slot single-target melee weapon. It was released alongside the Tactical Box expansion. It sports some solid melee accuracy bonuses and a massive +8400 melee strength bonus, by far the largest among melee weapons.
At the moment, it can only be obtained from the following box:
