The infernal cape is obtained by beating all 50 waves of the regular Arcade. This feat should not be taken lightly as it requires all three of skill, luck, and powerful equipment to beat.
The infernal cape is untradeable. The player is required to sacrifice an infernal cape in order to attempt the extreme Arcade. You only need to sacrifice a single cape to permanently unlock the extreme difficulty.
