The 5x Damage Card adds an additive damage boost on to the player's hits for 3 minutes. This is based off the player's base stats without any ELO or other Damage Boosts.
Other Damage Cards exist, including 2x Damage Card, 2.5x Damage Card, 2.8x Damage Card, and 3x Damage Card.
