You will need to purchase Rice and Seaweed from his shop which are available for 1 gold coin each.
General Requirements:
All fish must be RAW
15% chance to fail (ingredients consumed, no roll produced)
Once you have made the rolls, you will need use the rolls on the below NPCs to deliver their order.
Dababy - ::rocks area
Shura - ::nm area
Lucky Larry - Beside fountain at home
Mysterious Stranger - Theatre of Blood Area
Skilling Point Shop - all skilling areas / shop manager at home
Osama Bin Loggin - ::wc area
Fisherman - ::fishing area
Master Thief Harami - ::thieving area
Miney McMiner - west of ::mining area
