The Soul of Redemption is dropped by the Nex: Angel of Death and used to upgrade Executive, Platinum, and Diamond armor.
You will need one Soul of Redemption for each piece of armor(Helm, Chest, Legs) and all 3 pieces will need to have a Soul of Redemption applied to them to activate the upgraded set bonus.
