The prize of the jackpot lottery enforces a 10% tax.
In the example on the picture the cost to enter the Jackpot Lottery is 10B with a max count of 50 entries and there will be a 10% tax.
If a jackpot lottery entry is 10B and the max entrants is 50 players, the the winning player would receive 450B.

You are only allowed 1 entry per lottery!
Item Lotteries can be hosted by an Admin. They will start the Item Lottery by adding prizes and an "Entry Ticket." The Entry Ticket(s) can be anything!
They can add special items to "hot drops" from specific bosses, Slayer Global Drops, etc. The player is only allowed 1 entry per lottery!
In the example on the picture the "entry tickets" is 10x Spring Event Box And the reward for the winning player is 1x Staff of Olympia
