Starting out on Redemption can be overwhelming, but this guide will ease you in to the game. Read through it to take yourself from early game all the way to mid-game. There are several links to other pages in this guide; you should click each of them to learn more information regarding what is linked. Redemption has a lot of unique content and a slight learning curve; this makes the game EXTREMELY rewarding!

ALL accounts must have a Bank PIN. This is used to protect your items from being stolen in the event you are hacked. It is STRONGLY encouraged that you  also check out [[Account Security]]. ==Voting & Help==
Once you have selected a game mode, please use the ::vote command in game to vote for Redemption. This will award you with 3 vote tickets and [[Vote Box|Vote Boxes]]. These boxes will give you a chance at getting AMAZING rewards to boost your account!
You will be placed in to the Help CC upon logging in. [[Staff Team|Staff Members]] will be in this chat and are here to help you! Feel free to ask them any questions and they will be able to assist.
==Starter Gem==
The first step you should do is equipping the [[Starter Set]] and ensuring that the [[Starter Gem]] is in your inventory. This gem is a big part of how wyou will make money and do damage for the first bit of Redemption.

==Commands & Teleporting==
Check out all of Redemption's [[Commands]] prior to exploring the game. These will be useful for your adventure here.
Feel free to explore using the teleport system when you're comfortable. This is accessed by using the CTRL key + X. Later in this guide money making will be discussed in depth, but for now start with

Part of the early game will be ensuring that all of your equipment slots are full.
You will want to start by acquiring a pet that has Soulsplit. Easy to obtain pets are [[Scavenger Pet]] and [[Thanos Pet]]. These can be obtained from [[Voting]], [[Arcade]], and opening boxes.

===Slayer===
Slayer is a Good early game money maker due to the [[Starter Gem]] one of its perks allows you to get an additional Slayer Key per slayer task. You may sell these in the [[Marketplace| POS]]; short for Player Owned Shop, for between 10m-20m each (at the time of this guide). To get started you can gain a task from the slayer panel (Ctrl + S) or using the enchanted gem.

===Voting/Vote Boss===
*The [[Vote boss]] can drop some of the best items in the game; getting one of these will certainly speed up your Progression through Redemption.
*Vote Boxes can also be sold to players via the Player Owned Stores (POS) or you may sell the Redeem Codes for cash.
*Vote Tickets can be used to buy a [[Vote Gem]] from the shop and then used to charge the vote gem to gain additional Damage (0.1% per ticket added)
*Redeeming all 3 Vote codes will give you access to greater rewards such as ::voteboard
===Events===
[[Staff Team|Admins]] host events periodically. They will often announce these in advanced on [[Discord]]. Events are usually free to join and offer a chance at obtained fantastic rewards.
Common Events:
Reverse Flower Poker - You will face off against the host in a Flower Poker round. The player that has the WORST deal will win!
Reverse Dice Duel - You will face off against the host. The player that rolls the lowest number wins.
Rare Drop Events - An announced item drop will be awarded some sort of bonus loot.
===Money Tree===
Every 90 minutes, a [[Money Tree]] spawns. This can be cut down by players who have 120+ Woodcutting, which does not take very long. The tree will reward the cutter with [[Money Bags]]. These can be sold on the Player Owned Shop, or Upgraded at ::upgrade into [[Cash Crate]].
To get to the Money Tree simply type ::Skilling and run East.
Money Tree is announced both in-game and in the [https://discord.gg/rsps Discord] 5mins before the Tree spawns.
===Masses===
The [[Staff Team]] often host masses that you can join. These can be good to join as you do not need to worry about dealing damage, just surviving. The most common masses occur at [[The Nightmare]] and [[Lodsmok]].
[[The Nightmare]] has no requirements to join. The majority of the money made will be from its always drops [[Nightmare Coins]] that can be sold in your Player Owned Shop.
[[Lodsmok]] requires the player to have [[Slayer Prestige|Prestige 1 Slayer]] or [[Elite Membership]]. Completing [[Da Baby Quest]] will give you 2 free weeks of Elite Membership. The majority of money made will be from [[Draconic Remains]] that can be sold in your Player Owned Shop.
===Tempoross===
[[Tempoross]] is a Skilling boss that requires 60 fishing. It will drop some decent rewards and can be done in a group, or solo.
