'''Salvage''' is a unique skill in Redemption that offers players the ability to break down items into salvage fragments. As players dismantle items, they will gain experience in the Salvage skill, allowing them to level up.

One of the main benefits of the Salvage skill is the ability to use salvage fragments to unlock sockets on gear. These sockets can then be filled with gems to boost the damage dealing capabilities of gear. Any gear with stats can be socketed with gems. This allows players to customize their gear to their playstyle and improve their combat effectiveness.
Salvage is primarily focused on upgrading [[Base Gems]], salvaging resources, and enhancing gem-related activities.


Additionally, players can use their salvage fragments at the Blacksmith's shop.

Salvage Fragments is a currency used for purchasing stuff from the Blacksmith's weekly rotating shop
Each item on the shop is stocked and will never replenish, hence if you would like a specific item from the shop, you gotta be quick! Before it gets sold out!

As you progress through Salvage levels, you'll unlock various benefits such as increased gem upgrade chances, salvage shop discounts, and enhanced gem removal chances.

99 5% increased gem upgrade chance & 5% discount at Salvage Shop & 10% increased chance to save gem upon removal
120 10% increased gem upgrade chance & 15% discount at Salvage Shop & 15% increased chance to save gem upon removal
150 15% increased gem upgrade chance & 30% discount at Salvage Shop & 30% increased chance to save gem upon removal

Sally is the Salvage pet. She can be found by combining Gems.

When equipped, she will give the player a boost of 3% increased chance to gem upgrade chance, 3% increase to saving a gem when removing from socket, 3% XP bonus to salvaging when summoned, and a 3% chance to double rewards from shooting star.
