The Orb of Corrupted Anima is a Telos reward item that Is used to upgrade The Staff of Sliske (Dormant) into The Staff of Sliske

Being one out of the three orbs needed along side..

The Orb of Corrupted Anima has a 90% chance to reward the player with 400,000 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder . Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
