The Halloween Cape is a powerful back-slot item released as part of the 2021 Halloween Event. This mid-end game cape boasts some incredible stats, positioning itself well above the Skotizo Cape and Tribrid Inferno Cape but still significantly behind the higher prestige Achievement Capes and the Purple Dragon.
The cape gives a 10% boost to each of Drop Rate, Double Drop Rate, and Luck.
Currently, the Halloween Cape is only available from the Halloween Chest.
