Below is a list of One-Shot Weapons / Capes /....
Be aware, the methods listed of obtaining them, are the most straight forward methods.
You could occasionally obtain them from Events, Goodiebag Islands, Special DP's...

Another option is by getting it from certain Upgrades;
All of the above 3 options have a 2% success rate and requires level 80 Scavenger.
It is also tradeable so it can be bought with in-game cash from other players.
The "Icy Glaive", is advised to be kept if you're interested in becoming a Platinum Player. You would need one to upgrade your gear AND another for your weapon.

The upgrade has a 50% succes rate and requires level 110 Scavenger.

The upgrade has a 1% success rate and requires level 99 Scavenger.

It can only be obtained from trading other players.

It can be obtained by either purchasing it from the Donation Store for 275$ OR by getting it from the Owner Cape Goodiebox.
Another option is buying it from the Sponsorzone for 500K Sponsor Points.
If you purchase it from the Store, you get the Sponsor Rank added towards your account. Obtaining it from the Goodiebox doesn't.
The Owner Cape can also be combined with the Executive Totem so that you may become an Executive Donator. The Totem itself can be obtained from the Donation Store for 575$

It can be obtained by either purchasing it from the Donation Store for 800$ which would give you the Executive status.
You can also obtain it by getting it from the Executive Totem Goodiebox and adding this totem towards the Owner Cape
