The Epic Berserker Ring is a powerful melee ring. When worn, it gives a 5% drop rate bonus on top of some very respectable melee accuracy buffs and a solid prayer buff.
Unfortunately, while it does have solid stats, the ring slot has much more useful alternatives, and so the Epic Berserker Ring is not very commonly used.
