The Jewel of the Beyond is a Sigil attachments obtainable from combining the Shard of Ruin, Shard of Torment and Shard of Chaos.
The Jewel of the Beyond Provides the following bonuses when attached to the Sigil of Eternal Vortex (T3).
● 1/20 chance to restore 25% of special attack on NPC kill
● 1/20 chance to trigger a 2 minute 10% Damage Reduction upon NPC kill
