Refer to Rule 4 for additional information regarding the use of cheat clients or third-party software.
Rule 13: Loans, Lending, Donations, and Trust Trades
Players are not allowed to offer loans or lend items. Staff will not insure loans, lent items, or trust trades. All in-game donations should be done with an Administrator without exception. Players are not allowed to engage in unbalanced trades/gambles on the promise of a future donation.
Rule 14: Help CC
The Help CC (Help Chat Channel) is designated for players to receive answers to questions regarding in-game content.
Guidelines
Players are not permitted to buy, sell, trade, roll dice, run giveaways, use block capitals, or discuss support tickets in the Help CC.
General Rules
All rules, including those against flaming, offensive language, and begging, apply equally in the Help CC. This measure ensures a dedicated and supportive channel for assistance.
Rule 15: Donation Caps/Buying
Due to severe abuse with buying donations, all donations are now capped to COIN purchases only; you cannot exchange items for Donations. Please follow the current cap program.

Rule 16: Voting
Players caught using VPNs or redeeming/selling more than 6 authentications (auths) every 12 hours will be permanently banned, and their accounts will be wiped. There is a 12-hour cooldown for every vote redeemed on an IP/MAC. Due to abuse, you can only redeem a total of 12 vote codes per day.
Note: You are allowed to vote on a mobile data connection, allowing a maximum of 6 vote codes to be redeemed/sold every 12 hours.
Rule 17: Status Symbol Advertising
For individuals who have held roles as staff members, Platinum Partners, Diamond Partners, or trusted community members, it is not permissible to leverage your Redemption name as a trust symbol within or outside of the Redemption community. This prohibition extends to activities such as attempting to sell your account, trading RSGP outside of the game, and middlemanning significant trades both within and outside of the game.
Rule 18: Potion of Aggression
Potions of Aggression are reserved for use ONLY in the following privately instanced areas:
- Skotizo Werewolves - Sponsor, Executive, Inferno, Platinum, Arcane, and Diamond Donator zones - Karma Battlefield
The use of the potion in any other area, whether instanced or public, is NOT allowed.
Rule 19: Real World Trading
Real-world trading (RWT) is strictly prohibited. Players are not allowed to buy, sell, or exchange in-game items or currency for real-world money, goods, or services. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension or permanent banning from the server. We are committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players.
Rule 20: Account Sharing
Rule: Account sharing is strictly prohibited in RedemptionRSPS. Players are not permitted to share their account credentials with others under any circumstances. This includes the use of account services. Staff assumes no responsibility for any incidents that may occur if the player is to give their password out.
Gambling Rules
All players MUST accept the gambling rules before gambling, and these must be followed WITHOUT exception.
- No Spamming You may not spam another player with gamble requests if they tell you they are done gambling with you.
- Pot Specifications Pots must be specified before gambling to avoid confusion. This includes values of "rares" and cosmetics.
- No Planting for Others You are not allowed to plant/gamble for others.
- Confirm Pots Always confirm pots and values prior to gambling.
- No Bets Over Dice CC You are not allowed to place bets over the dice cc. Do so in the offer screen.
- No Hosting Players are not allowed to "host" any type of 55x2, manual FP, or other manual gambling events. All gambling must be done through the game's automated system.
- No Self-Gambling You are not allowed to gamble yourself.
- Avoid Unbalanced Trades/Gambles Players are not allowed to engage in unbalanced trades/gambles.
- No Future Donation Promises Players are not allowed to gamble/trade with the promise of a future donation.
- No Giving Back Lost Gambles Players may NOT give back any lost gambles. This will result in a ban for both accounts.
Adherence to these rules ensures a fair and enjoyable gambling experience for all players.
Punishments
Possible punishments for violating the rules in the Redemption community are at the Staff Team's discretion. These may include:
- Mutes: Restriction of in-game chat or communication privileges for a specified duration.
- Account Bans: Temporary or permanent suspension of the player's account.
- IP Bans: Prohibition of access based on the player's IP address.
- MAC Bans: Restriction of access linked to the player's MAC address.
- UID Bans: Prohibition based on the player's UID (Unique Identifier).
- Account Wipes: Removal of in-game progress and data associated with the player's account.
Punishments are determined by the severity of the rule violation and may vary on a case-by-case basis. To appeal any punishment, players can create a ticket on Discord.
Platinum & Diamond Partner Punishments
In response to repeat offenses, a penalty will be applied to Platinum and Diamond Partners involving a loss of platinum crate claims for rule-breaking incidents.
This entails that repeated rule violations leading to mutes, jails, etc., will result in the loss of 1 month of platinum crates.
We urge all Platinum and Diamond Partners to take the rules outlined here more seriously. Thank you for your cooperation!
General Disclaimer
We, the Redemption Administration, reserve the right to add, amend, or completely remove any of the rules stated above. By being on the Redemption Server, Discord, Wiki, or Forums (this being implied that you've already read the rules), you understand that you are responsible for your own actions and for keeping up to date with the current rules.
You acknowledge that the rules stated above will be enforced at all times, and we have the right to amend the punishment given despite what it states above at our discretion. We have permission to take appropriate actions with your accounts as they are considered intellectual property of ours, and you are merely 'playing' on it.
You understand that when a rule is broken, your account will be dealt with accordingly and as fairly as possible through the systems that we have in place for the staff team and how players are dealt with.
