Scroll Sack is an untradeable Cape slot item that has a base 10% chance to save Scroll Crates.

This can be leveled up to a maximum of a 30% chance to save crates when wearing the cape.

Scroll Sack Leveling System:
Unlocked by	Perk
Open 25 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 100 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 250 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Open 500 Crates	+5% Chance to save Crate
Once 500 crates have been opened the player will have a 30% chance to save a crate.
