The Special Bandage is a Dreamland reward item. It can be purchased from the shop for 50,000 tokens.
When used, the player will be healed for 99 hitpoints. THere is a 45 second cooldown.
The bandage can be upgraded in to an Enhanced Bandage by adding a Relic of Life.
