Event Advertising Guidelines

When advertising events, players are asked not to use CAPS and to limit the use of emojis. This ensures a clear and respectful communication style within the community.

Rule 9: Staff Ranks & Impersonation

Players of the Redemption community are not allowed to ask for staff ranks or impersonate staff members.

Ranks

Staff members are chosen based on maturity, previous account history, and the seriousness of past punishments. If you wish to become part of the staff team, please apply on our Discord. DO NOT ASK for any staff position or about applications. Staff members are chosen by the Staff Management Team.

Impersonation

Players of the Redemption community are strictly prohibited from impersonating other members, especially staff members. This includes, but is not limited to, using usernames similar to staff members, utilizing icons in yell/cc/pm/chat, or falsely claiming to be a staff member. Impersonation of a staff member may result in an automatic ban. Additionally, those who impersonate others in attempts to get another player punished will face severe consequences.

Rule 10: Privacy Rights

Players of the Redemption community are strictly prohibited from releasing the personal information of another player without their explicit permission. This includes, but is not limited to, contact information, personal pictures, and other forms of real-life communication. This rule is in place to ensure the privacy and safety of all members within the Redemption community.

Rule 11: Giveaways & Begging

Giveaways

Players are strictly forbidden from conducting any giveaway events or giving away items without staff consent. Any player wishing to run a giveaway, regardless of the value, or give items to other players for free must receive permission from a staff member before advertising or running it. Failure to report a user giving away items will also affect the person accepting those items. This includes players severely underpricing or overpricing items via trade/POS/gamble; players are not allowed to price items more than 50% above or below the current market price via gamble, trade, or POS without the risk of punishment.

Rule 13: AFKing Bosses

Players of the Redemption community are prohibited from AFKing while participating in Player versus Monster (PVM) activities, including raids. Refer to Rule 4 for additional information regarding the use of cheat clients or third-party software.

Rule 14: Loans, Lending, Donations, and Trust Trades

Players are not allowed to offer loans or lend items. Staff will not insure loans, lent items, or trust trades. All in-game donations should be done with a staff Middleman (MM) without exception, regardless of the level of trust between players. Players are not allowed to engage in unbalanced trades/gambles on the promise of a future donation.

YouTube Clause

Any popular YouTuber helping expand awareness of the server is now allowed gamble loans only. However, there is a risk of losing the offer made with the YouTuber, and staff will not assist in any form of refund if they lose during the loan. Players must seek Admin+ approval before making such a trade.

Donation Caps are subject to change. You can see current caps at: Donation Caps.

Rule 17: Voting

Players caught using VPNs or redeeming/selling more than 6 authentications (auths) every 12 hours will be permanently banned, and their accounts will be wiped. There is a 12-hour cooldown for every vote redeemed on an IP/MAC. Due to abuse, you can only redeem a total of 12 vote codes per day.

Note: You are allowed to vote on a mobile data connection, allowing a maximum of 6 vote codes to be redeemed/sold every 12 hours.

Rule 18: Status Symbol Advertising

For individuals who have held roles as staff members, Platinum Partners, Diamond Partners, or trusted community members, it is not permissible to leverage your Redemption name as a trust symbol within or outside of the Redemption community. Rule 19: Potion of Aggression

Potions of Aggression are reserved for use ONLY in the following privately instanced areas:

- Skotizo Werewolves - Sponsor+ Donator zones - Karma Battlefield

The use of the potion in any other area, whether instanced or public, is NOT allowed.

  2. Pot Specifications: Pots must be specified before gambling to avoid confusion.
  3. No Planting for Others: You are not allowed to plant/gamble for others.

Adherence to these rules ensures a fair and enjoyable gambling experience for all players.

  • Mutes: Restriction of in-game chat or communication privileges for a specified duration.
  • Account Bans: Temporary or permanent suspension of the player's account.

  • Account Wipes: Removal of in-game progress and data associated with the player's account.

Punishments are determined by the severity of the rule violation and may vary on a case-by-case basis. To appeal any punishment, players can create a ticket on Discord.

Platinum & Diamond Partner Punishments

In response to repeat offenses, a penalty will be applied to Platinum and Diamond Partners involving a loss of platinum crate claims for rule-breaking incidents.

This entails that repeated rule violations leading to mutes, jails, etc., will result in the loss of 1 month of platinum crates.
