The idea behind this is very similar to Lottery, every player is allowed to enter the lottery by paying the Entry cost. Every 8 hours the System will draw the lottery.  All admin+ can change the grand-lottery price, and change the entry price, normally the entry price set at 5. point

How Does The Lottery Work?

You can access the grand-lottery interface if you use the command ::grandlottery, or go to ::home and talk with the Lottery Manager Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination When you open the Grand-Lottery interface you can see at the top of the interface what price you can win, there is a guaranteed price to win its the Static Prize, the Static Prize is the prize you will win when you enter the lottery, under the prices you can see what a single entry cost to enter, also you can see your entry balance. in the top right corner is a list of the top 3 entry paid, under there is a special 1st Prize it will be unlocked when the amount of entry is made. To get the entry ticket, you have to donate to the Store for every $1 you spend you will get 1 entry ticket. so if you want to enter and the entry price is 5 point you need to donate for $5.
