The Loot Goblin is an event boss that spawns every 2 hours. It will spawn in 1 of 5 locations. This boss can be killed by any player, with the top 5 damage dealers getting a drop. It has a hit cap of 5M damage.

How to Get There

The Loot Goblin will spawn every 2 hours at 1 of 5 different locations. It can be found at either the top of Slayer Tower, the top of Cartoon Slayer Tower, Skilling Island, Vote Boss, south west of Skotizo, north of Lumbridge, south west of Lunmbridge Castle, north west of Seers' Village (follow the minecart), or Home. To get to the Slayer Tower, type ctrl+x to open the teleport interface. Navigate to the Misc tab and locate the Slayer Tower teleport. To get to the Cartoon Slayer Tower, type ctrl+x to open the teleport interface. Navigate to the Misc tab and locate the Cartoon Slayer Tower teleport. To get to the Skilling Island, type ::skilling. To get to the Vote Boss area, type ::vb or click the vine at ::home. To get the the Home area, type ::home or ctrl+h.
