It costs 40M Kismets and you need to be karma level 110, a good way to get the kismet are Black Diamond Box you will need 80 on average costing around 40B total.

and to get level 110 donate money to the karma well. Wait for experience boost from Fountain of Fortune is active and EXP event and you will recieve around 17M exp per 2B spent so it would cost around 5B for level 110.

Here comes the fun part!

You will need 950M Karmic Kismet for all the pages for the Book of Hell to get Book of Hell V (u)

The best money wise way to get it is to buy Thanos Pet but with Patek Phillipe Watch the original 625K Karmic Kismet per Thanos pet doubles and becomes 1.25M Karmic Kismet

You will need 760 Thanos Pet Costing around 608B-760B + you will recieve exp from them aswell.

Save the Thanos pets until you have as many as you need becuse you will use every exp boost you can get for more exp.

Wait for fountain exp boost + (50%) Exp event + (20%) Advanced pulsecore + (25%) Dream Exp Potion + (5%) and if you happen to be Elite Membership you get an extra + (10%) for a maximum total of a 110% exp boost!

You will recieve 4,9B exp from those Thanos pets (with all exp boosts) bringing you to Prestige 2

The rest of the way you can spend 2b to the fountain for up to 24M xp / 2b spent

For a total of 170B per prestige needing around 1 and a half prestige spending 266B gp

Another way is buying Black Diamond Box were you get on average 500K Karmic Kismet per box, 1,900 is on average needed, worth around 950B giving you no EXP.

Total spent around 1T (Thanos pet)

Get 40M Karmic Kismet and 110 Karma to get Divine Scrimshaw

(Use EXP boosts) 642 Thanos pets for EXP + Kismet you will get p3 level 150 from the thanos pets ≈ 580B

Around 1100 Black diamond boxes ≈550B
