The Blizzard Staff is the upgraded version of the Glacier Staff. It casts the same modified ice barrage spell, but it has a series of OP effects which take it far further in terms of damage output. The Blizzard Staff has a 1 in 8 chance to freeze the player's target (rendering the target unable to attack for a time), a Scroll of Fire effect (static 250 additional damage per hit to the player's main target), and 2x hits per attack (same as BFG9000).
Currently it can only be obtained by upgrading the Glacier Staff at ::upgrade. The upgrade is rated at a medium difficulty.
The Blizzard Staff has a 90% chance to reward the player with 1 Grinder Points at the Item Grinder. Important: it has a 10% chance to vanish into nothing!
The Blizzard Staff may be sold to the Black Market Dealer for 150k Bronze Coins.
