The Weekly Raffle is a free-to-play (F2P) raffle that any player can participate in !
You can obtain raffle tickets through Global Drop rate by killing any NPC that has over 100,000 HP (1 : 1500).
You can enter the Weekly Raffle up to ten (10) times.
Also, you can hold up to ten (10) tickets in your bank.
