The "Icy Glaive", is advised to be kept if you're interested in becoming a Platinum Player. You would need one to upgrade your gear AND another for your weapon.
The upgrade has a 50% succes rate and requires level 110 Scavenger.

It can only be obtained from trading other players.
It can be obtained by either purchasing it from the Donation Store for 275$ OR by getting it from the Owner Cape Goodiebox. If you purchase it from the Store, you get the Sponsor Rank added towards your account. Obtaining it from the Goodiebox doesn't.
It can be obtained by either purchasing it from the Donation Store for 800$ which would give you the Executive status. You can also obtain it by getting it from the Executive Totem Goodiebox and adding this totem towards the Owner Cape
