The Scroll of Souls is a very useful scroll which doubles all souls dropped by bosses which the player kills. It is highly recommended that the player uses one if they plan on camping any given boss (which drops souls) for an extended period, as it can generate a large amount of extra income.
It doesn't give any stats, but is equipped in the arrow slot so this isn't a big deal as the player won't be missing out on any bonuses.
