The Upgrade Hourglass is a powerful new item added to support the scavenger skill. When equipped (in your arrow slot), it provides a small chance of saving an item when you fail to upgrade it. This chance is affected by your scavenger level, as follows:
Level 1 : 1%
Level 50 : 5%
Level 75 : 7%
Level 99 : 10%
Level 120 : 20%
Level 150 : 33%
