Thor's Hammer (PVP) is a pvp weapon which you have a chance to get from the Battlegrounds minigame when you're inside and you unlock one of the chests.
It's one of the strongest weapons inside of the battlegrounds, and has a really strong spec that only uses 50% of your special attack energy. It's one handed so you're still able to use a shield with it.
