The Epic Seers Ring is a powerful magic ring. When worn, it gives a 5% drop rate bonus on top of a respectable magic accuracy buff and a solid prayer buff.
Unfortunately, while it does have some solid stats, the ring slot has much more useful alternatives, and so the Epic Seers Ring is not very commonly used.
