The Blue Deathcape is one of the best defensive capes in game. It can be purchased at the Arcade for 5,000 tokens or from the Slayer Prestige shop #3 for 7,000 slayer points. Due to its high defense bonuses, this cape is very widely used up until players unlock the Infernal Cape.
