Editing Serpentine Crossbow

It is currently obtained through the [[Zulrah Chest]] or by completing the [[Zulrah]] [[Collection Log Rewards]]

It has some unique perks:
* 1 in 10 chance to heal 2 HP per hit
* 1 in 50 chance to deal 2.5x max hit
* This weapon will deal 40K damage on Zulrah (Normal Mode ONLY)
