Editing Halloween Cape

This mid-end game cape boasts some incredible stats, positioning itself well above the [[Skotizo Cape]] and [[Tribrid Inferno Cape]] but still significantly behind the higher prestige [[Achievement Capes]] and the [[Purple Dragon]].

Currently, the Halloween Cape is only available from the [[Halloween Chest]].
