Editing Recolour Ticket

This item when used on any Partyhat or Icy Glaive will allow you to turn it into a customisable Partyhat or Icy Glaive. When you right click the Customisable Partyhat or Glaive it will bring up an interface with a colour wheel, from there you can choose any colour to make your Partyhat or Glaive.
