The Redemption Olympics event divides the community into 2 teams to obtain markers that are scattered across various monsters in the game. For a team to score a point they must collect at least 1 marker from each of the bosses on the markers list. The team with the most completed Marker Cards at the end of the 72 hour event will be deemed the champion of the Redemption Winter Olympics 2025. This update brings new challenges, progression mechanics, and lucrative rewards to your Slayer journey. Cost to Unlock: Spend 50,000 Slayer Points to gain access to Slayer Contracts. Contracts are offered when you are assigned a Boss Task or a Konar Task. Time-Limited Tasks Contracts must be completed within a specified timeframe, based on the amount of monsters assigned in a task. Required Gear Contracts may require you to use specific gear. If you own upgraded versions of the gear, they will also count. Possible Gear Slayer Master Gear: Hammer, Bow, Staff, Helm, Body, Legs, Cape, Boots, Gloves (including (i), (h), and (x) versions). Expeditious Gloves Gemstone Armor: Helm, Platebody, Platelegs, Gloves, Boots. Mythic Slayer Master Gear: Helm, Platebody, Platelegs, Gloves, Boots. Declining Contracts Players may decline up to 10 contracts per day. Failing a contract will also count as a decline. If a player skips a task, it counts as a fail for the contract as well. After reaching the limit, no further contracts can be received until the daily server reset. Backhand Series The boss begins with a sequence of Backhand Attacks. Last Backhand Attack (Disabling Effect): The final backhand in the series disables the player's active prayer, leaving them vulnerable to the boss's next attack. Stab Series After completing the Backhand Series, the boss switches to Stab Attacks. First Stab Attack (Max-Hit Attack): The first stab in the series will automatically deal max damage (150), unless the player reactivates their prayer immediately after it was disabled. If the player manages to turn prayer back on in time, the damage is halved. Players can also use the Nullify spell to negate this fully. Added a Spell Tracker in the Spell Book so that players can easily track spells casted for the Enhanced version. Added the ability to "Spend-X" when spending Slayer Points in the Slayer Paragon Interface. The Prayer Book can now be customized, with the ability to filter prayers and move prayers in the book freely. Added Pet Sam (b) to the Upgrade Chest with a cost of 2 Pet Sams, a Voting Trophy, and 5 Diamond Coins. DB1 and DB2 have been fired (removed). The Bonecrusher Attachment has been added to the Skeletal Trio Collection Log. Zelkor and Umbryss will now spawn randomly. The ::commands command will now direct players to the respective wiki page. Collection Log points will now display in the Collection Log interface. Artic Guardian's HP has been lowered to 200,000,000 per phase, with a hit cap of 250,000. The Artic Guardian Demons and Trolls HP have been lowered to 40,000,000 wit ha hit cap of 2,500,000. Doomblade Rogue's HP has been lowered to 600,000,000 with a 500,000 hit cap. Reforged Barrelchest's respawn timer has been lowered to 10 seconds. The Shadow Drake, Hellfire Drake, Nipper Demon, Soul Ripper, Lucky Jester, and Inner Demon (including all variations and customs) now have attack animations. Vorkath has returned from vacation and awaits your challenge (the map should now allow you to teleport properly). Removed legacy Summoning NPCs and obelisks. Added box sets to the Box Set NPC for Dark Titan, Shadowbind, and Aethereal Set. Santa has returned to the North Pole until next Christmas. Removed some achievements to match difficulty. Fixed the linking issue with wiki. Added The Umbryss to the Golden Rock Hunt (melee).
